Assisted Living to Fit Your Lifestyle
Linden Heights and Linden Ridge offer assisted living for older adults who wish to maintain an independent lifestyle yet want the security of knowing personal assistance is available 24/7. That's peace of mind. Our supportive care is centered around each resident's individual needs and abilities. Care includes oversight of medication, meal preparation, housekeeping, and assistance with personal care.
Linden Heights in Waukesha is located adjacent to LindenGrove-Waukesha, and immediately west of Waukesha North High School. Linden Ridge in Mukwonago is connected by an interior hallway to the LindenGrove-Mukwonago facility, and is located directly across the street from St. James Parish.
If needed, access can be arranged for residents in the assisted living apartments to access specialty services such as social services, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing. The staff members at Linden Heights and Linden Ridge work toward the goal of helping residents remain happy, content, and productive members of our community.
Linden Heights and Linden Ridge are each State-certified as an RCAC (Residential Care Apartment Complexes) with 57 apartments at Linden Ridge and 60 apartments at Linden Heights. Each is large enough to offer opportunities for involvement yet small enough for staff members to get to know every resident.

Assistance Is Available
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are on-site 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Registered Nurses (RNs) are on-site during regular business hours and on-call at all times at our assisted living facilities. Up to 28-hours per week of personal assistance is included in the monthly rate at Linden Heights and Linden Ridge. This assistance is very individualized and might include help with bathing, dressing, mobility, and/or medication management. Additional personal assistance, for example 30 or 60 more minutes per day, can be provided for an additional fee.
Three meals a day are served in a casual dining room setting. Personal choices, special dietary needs, and guest meals are readily accommodated. For the early-risers and those who prefer to sleep-in, continental breakfast is available as well.
Housekeeping duties include bed linens changed weekly and apartments cleaned every other week. Laundry facilities are available for resident use free of charge.
Fostering Independence & Improving Quality of Life
Purposeful activities are coordinated by the Activities Department staff with participation at each resident's discretion. Monthly activity meetings are held to allow our residents input into the activity planning. Social, educational, cultural programs and religious services are scheduled in the Activity Room, which frequently include participation from volunteers of all ages. Group outings in the facility van are arranged for dining, shopping, and entertainment by the residents, staff, and often a volunteer. When a resident has an individual appointment, staff will assist with arranging transportation.
Assisted Living Apartment Amenities
Each assisted living apartment has a kitchenette, a bathroom equipped with shower, living and sleeping areas, carpeting, window blinds, and an emergency response and check-in system to maintain safety and privacy. Electricity, heat/air conditioning, and water are included.
A Country Store, managed by the residents, is open several times throughout the week, selling grocery store and drug store items. A Beauty/Barber Shop, operated by professionals, is open weekly for hair appointments.
Maintenance personnel routinely monitor all fire safety and security systems to ensure that the environment is secure and safe within the assisted living facilities. The main entrance to Linden Heights and Linden Ridge is secured overnight and equipped with a doorbell. Maintenance staff also helps residents personalize their apartment by helping hang pictures and move furniture.
